In
correlated with our Core Values, “Passion for Excellence”, the management of
PT. Voksel Electric, Tbk having big concern for Continuous Improvement
(Kaizen). One of event series to follow up the Kaizen program is Quality
Control Circle (QCC). This event held for quarter-yearly and through the final
judgment by the end of term. We succeed organize our QCC Presentation 1 on
November 21st, 2008.
Through
Quality Control Circle (QCC), we improve our productivity, our services, our
quality and we are being faced the competitive environment with strongly
confident. We also give the chance to all organization member for developing
their skills & knowledge. Through QCC, we able to become “Learning Organization”
and reach our Vision: “To become a leading cable manufacturer in Indonesia”.
