Corporate Secretary

The Corporate Secretary is tasked with bringing together capital market issues and providing important information regarding the Company's finances and performance to the public as well as providing advice to the Board of Directors to comply with Financial Services Authority regulations Number 35/POJK.04/2014 and acting as a liaison between the Company and other parties such as shareholders, capital market institutions, stock exchanges, media and other related parties.

Based on the board of directors' decision number 008/VE/DIR/IV/2024 as of April 3, 2024, the Company Secretary is held by Sachje A. Siddharta.

Indonesian citizen born in 1971, domiciled in Jakarta, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics majoring in Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 1996, and a Masters in Social and Political Sciences from the same University in 2011.

Previously served as Senior Consultant KPMG Sudjendro Soesanto Management Consultant (1996-2001), Finance & Accounting Manager PT Waenibe Wood Industries (2003-2007), Director of Faculty and Student Relations at Pelita Harapan University (2007-2012), worked at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. as part of the MNC Good Governance and Organization Development Directorate team (2012-2016), with the following career path: July 2012 – February 2014 as Head of MNC Group Corporate Policy, March 2014 – June 2015 as Head of Group HR Policy and Rewards, June 2015 – November 2016 as Head Of Group Learning and Development.

Joined PT Voksel Electric Tbk in December 2016 and served as General Manager Business Development & Marketing Communication PT Voksel Electric Tbk. (December 2016-2018), General Manager Corporate Organization People Development & Corporate Communication PT Voksel Electric Tbk. (2018-2019) and served as Corporate Secretary of the Company (January 2019 – July 2023). Then from 2020 until July 2024 she served as Division Head of Corporate Finance, and in 2024, she re-appointed as a Corporate Secretary of the Company. She has been registered as a member of ICSA since 2019.
