Based on the Company's Report to the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Number 016/CORP-VE/III/2024 dated March 19, 2024, the Company reported that the current Controller of the Company is Hengtong Optic-Electric International Co.., Ltd (Hengtong) as the Shareholder of the Company with 3,725,720,320 (three billion seven hundred twenty five million seven hundred twenty thousand three hundred twenty rupiah) shares with ownership percentage of 89.66% (eighty nine point sixty six percent) of all issued and fully paid shares of the Company owned by Hengtong directly and indirectly.
On August 05, 2024 with letter number 107/CORSEC-VE/VIII/2024 the Company reported a change in share ownership of the transaction on August 02, 2024, to 3,525,720,320 (Three Billion five hundred twenty five million seven hundred twenty thousand three hundred twenty rupiah) with a presentation of 84.84%.
